Who We Are 

 

The Coalition of Oregon Adoption Agencies (COAA) was comprised of adoption agencies licensed in the State of Oregon, as well as adoption professionals that provide educational and support services to individuals and families impacted by adoption. While this Coalition is no longer active, there are a variety of licensed adoption agencies in Oregon, which are listed on the Oregon Department of Human Services website.​​​

NOTICE: Coalition of Oregon Adoption Agencies, an Oregon public benefit corporation, hereby publishes notice of its dissolution under ORS 65.644 to unknown creditors. Any claim against the dissolved corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice. Such a claim must include the amount of the claim, documentation of the claim, a description of the services or goods for which the claim was incurred, and the date or range of dates when the claim was incurred.
